Any product may be returned for any reason at any time, up to 30 days from delivery date*. No questions asked!

  RETURN CONDITIONS

  • DO NOT RETURN DAMAGED ITEMS. We will replace damaged items free of charge! 
  • All items should be unused and in brand new condition.
  • All items should be packed well avoid damages and returned in the original packaging. 
  • The return shipping label cost is deducted from the product refund. Your original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
  • Give the return shipment to the carrier indicated on the shipping label. All returns must be within 30 days of delivery.
  • Your product refund will be issued to the payment method used to make the original purchase.
  • Failure to follow these conditions will result in a reduced refund.

 

  RETURN PROCEDURE

  1. Log in to the return portal here: RETURNS PORTAL
  2. Select your order and the items you wish to return.
  3. We will email you the prepaid label and the cost of using the label.
  4. Include the copy of your order inside the shipping box. Attach the return shipping label to the outside of the shipping box.
  5. Give the return shipment to the carrier indicated on the shipping label. All returns must be within 30 days of delivery.
  6. The return shipping label cost is deducted from the product refund. Your original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

Please allow 5 business days, after your return is received, for your refund to be processed.
