How to Make Party Poppers

- Your first step is to make all the confetti to go inside the push pop containers. Use various sizes of craft punches to create paper confetti and cut the garland into small sections.
- Next, you'll need to assemble the party poppers! Fill each popper with paper confetti, metallic garland pieces, glitter, and any other festive decorations you desire. The fuller the better!
- Lastly, you will want to make some festive labels to go on the front of the party poppers. On larger circles, write celebratory exclamations like “Yippee!” or “Hip Hip Hooray!” Use a strong adhesive (like Tacky Glue) to glue the labels on the front of each popper. Alternatively, use pre-made labels for easier application.
