  • If your order is received with damaged product, please contact us immediately to report the damages. DO NOT RETURN DAMAGED ITEMS.

  • All items should be unused and in brand new condition.

  • All items should be packed well avoid damages and returned in the original packaging.

  • You are responsible for the shipping charges to return the product.

  • You may use any shipping carrier of your choosing. We recommend using FedEx or UPS so you can track your return.

  • Your product refund will be issued to the payment method used to make the original purchase.

  • Your original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

  • Failure to follow these conditions will result in a reduced refund.

  2. Customer provides their own shipping label and pays for the shipping.

RMA Return
  1. Log into your account.

  2. Select your order and the items you wish to return.

  3. We will email a prepaid label to you and the cost of using the label.

  4. You print the label and attach to your return.

  5. When we process return we will deduct return shipping cost from your refund.
