Papel Picado, historically made by Aztec Indians as well as artisans in Mexico, is hand cut using chisels and a guide pattern. These tissue banners are often used for weddings, fiestas, or any celebration requiring a festive mood with traditional flair! Drape this banner among pastel or white decorations for a natural touch. Hang multiple banners around tables, railing, or suspend them over your outdoor party. For a simple yet stunning display, hang this garland from a low-hanging tree branch at your outdoor party. This garland measures 18 feet long. Second photo from Ceremony Magazine.

Just what we were looking for!

Small wedding on the lake with a pontoon ride afterwards -- we found no better way to subtly express our joy of this intimate celebration than to have these flying from the pontoon! These are single-use, delicate tissue banners, but for us they fit the bill perfectly. Buyers should know that Save On Crafts is an EXCELLENT vendor! I have received personal phone calls and follow-up emails in response to my questions, and I am not a big time purchaser. I have always been blown away by the products I receive and consider Save On my first go-to when I have an occasion. Their descriptions are spot-on, and I always get what they tell me to expect. (Do not make the product into something that hasn't been described just because you like the looks of it -- read the descriptions.)
