When I unwound the garland

When I unwound the garland there had been a number off loose pieces that when wound back onto the original piece made it the shown 27 yards. There was an unbelievable amount of loss of leaves when I wound it around the simple 12" ring it had been purchased for. I am still waiting to use it to see if it is the waterproof/ uv protected the garland was advertised as.
