Has felt on back so you can attach to comb, barrette, hat, netting, headband, ring bearer pillow, flower girl baskets or clothing. Made exclusively for us in California. Measures 10" long. Each of the two black flowers, in the center, are 3.5" wide with delicate black feather stamens. The outside of the flowers are surrounded with black and white striped/dyed ostrich feathers. On one side there are four iridescent black/green feathers. The felt on the back is 1-1/2" wide.
