Shipping Methods and Expected Shipping Times.

We offer several shipping services depending on your desired delivery time. All merchandise is shipped from Watsonville, California.

The average Ground order usually takes 5-10 business days to arrive. FYI: UPS does not ship to PO boxes.

ť Shipments to PO Boxes, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO, Alaska and US Virgin Islands addresses ship via USPS Priority only (no tracking available).
ť Please note: If the shipping charges are not calculated for you automatically during the check out process, our Customer Service Department will contact you with the charges for approval, prior to shipping your order.
ť US Postal Service charges are calculated for Priority Mail Rates.

Oversize Charges
Extra charges can be incurred for packages that exceed certain dimensions because they need to be double boxed to prevent breakage.

Shipments within continental U.S.

Ground UPS : Current processing time 3 to 4 business days; delivery time 3 to 7 business days.

2nd Day: Current processing time 1 to 2 business days, delivery time 2 business days.

3rd Day Residential Select :Current processing time 1 to 2 business days, delivery time 3 business days.
Next Day/Standard Overnight : Current processing time 1 to 2 business days; delivery time 1 business day.**

**Please note: You must place your overnight order by 12:00PM NOON PST (PACIFIC STANDARD TIME) in order for it to be eligible for processing on that day. If your order is placed after NOON PST, it will be processed with the following day's orders. If your order is placed after NOON PST on FRIDAY, it will be processed with the following MONDAY'S orders. Please be advised that delays will occur if the order is placed on a weekend or holiday.

U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail* : Current processing time 1 to 2 business days; delivery time 4 to 7 business days. Some locations will take longer.

*Unfortunately, SAVE-ON-CRAFTS.COM can not accept any responsibility for US Postal Service shipments including those shipments sent to P.O. Boxes.

Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, US Territories Shipments
Must be shipped via U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail.
Please be aware that the US Postal Service shipments are not insurable.

FPO* and APO* Shipments

APO/FPO orders must be shipped via U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail only.
Delivery time may take up to 30 business days.
These shipments are not trackable or insurable.
*Unfortunately, SAVE-ON-CRAFTS.COM can not accept any responsibility for lost APO , FPO shipments. APO customers are 100% responsible for delivery of the products once they have shipped from our facility.

Will Calls (Pickup at warehouse in Watsonville, CA ) Current processing time 2 to 3 business days; picks up are available Tuesday through Friday from 10am to 3 pm by appointment only. Shipping to Europe,UK, Australia and Canada is not available at this time.We recommend Bongo freight forwarders . Bongo will give you an address in the US and will then forward your items to you.
