Shipping Methods and Expected Shipping Times. We are only shipping withing the US at this time. International customers see more information on freight forwarding providers. We offer several shipping services depending on your desired delivery time. All merchandise is shipped from Watsonville, California. We try to ship within 24 hours of receiving your order. Regular ground UPS shipments in California, Utah, Arizona, and Oregon takes 2 days to arrive. The average Ground order usually takes 5-10 business days to arrive. FYI: UPS does not ship to PO boxes. Ground UPS : Current processing time same day 1-2 business day(s); delivery time 2 to 7 business days. 2nd Day: Current processing time same day to 1 business day, delivery time 2 business days. 3rd Day Residential Select :Current processing time same day to 1 business day, delivery time 3 business days. Next Day/Standard Overnight : Current processing time 1 to 2 business days; delivery time 1 business day.** *Please note: You must place your overnight order by 12:00PM NOON PST (PACIFIC STANDARD TIME) in order for it to be eligible for processing on that day.
