Oversize Shipping Charges

In most cases OVERSIZE shipping charges are calculated for you automatically during the check out process. If for some reason this does not take place automatically our Customer Service Department will contact you with the charges for approval, prior to shipping your order.

Certain items will have to be double boxed so they arrive in perfect condition. They are considered oversize by our shippers and an oversize surcharge is applied in addition to regular shipping charges.

These surcharges are based solely on extra charges levied by our carriers for transporting these items.

If there are any oversize charges involved with your order we will contact you prior to proceeding with the order. We will explain the charges and your options. One of your options will be to cancel the order if the shipping cost does not work well for you.

Note: In the case of an oversize charge the shipping cost is based more on the box size than the weight.

If you are able to receive truck shipments and are ordering heavy or bulky items (glassware etc.) we can arrange for freight forwarding - palette orders. Please call (831)768-4202 after placing order (use "will call" for shipping method in check out). We will get back with you with your estimated shipping costs.
