Looks like neon but it is a flexible plastic wire. It can be set to steady, pulsating and super pulsating. The light is shadowless. Imagine the costumes you can make. Use double stick tape to attach to anything. Place it around tables, columns, centerpieces, displays, clothing and much more.

Make signs with el wire. Just use a black sheet of poster board, poke a hole in it, thread the wire through. Use double stick tape to attach the wire to the board.
