How to easily make your own scented waters.
Make your own unique and additive-free floral
waters perfectly suited to your needs and mood. Simply add a few drops of
your favorite fragrance oil to distilled water.
Just add 4-5 drops to every 4 ounces of distilled
water.
You can add alcohol to your scented water if you
wish. This works great to help hold the scent. Vodka seems to work the best. But
if you are making scented waters to add to your bath or to spray on your face it
is best to do without it because alcohol will dry your skin. If you choose
to add vodka to the scented water fill the container 1/8 full with vodka, add a
few drops of fragrance until you like the scent. Then add distilled water to the
top. Close and shake the bottle then let it sit overnight.
