What to do...
1. On the front of a white notecard stamp the stripes using smoke blue ink. (Position the stripes so they are an inch from bottom.)

2. Cut a piece of blue card stock to measure 1" x 3 1/2".Adhere to top of stripes to create a box lid.

3. On separate white card stock, stamp the message using smoke blue ink. Trim edges and layer with blue card stock. Trim edges.

4. Using smoke blue ink, stamp some a large and small circle on white card stock. Cut our circles. Or use a circle punch to make them.

5. At the bottom and top of the package cut 1/2" slits. Thread the sheer ribbon through the slits and tie at the top of the package as shown.

6. Glue a small circle design at the knot of the bow. Glue the large circle to the ribbon dangling below the small circle.

7. Glue message so it looks like a tag on the package.
