Materials

Instructions
1. Glue rim
of hat half way to bottom of crown.2. Hot glue
pearls around bottom of the crown.

3. Cut the large open
rose with bud stem to 2" and hot glue over glued spot where rim is
turned and glued.
4. Hot glue
the second open rose with leaves below it facing the back of the hat.
5. Cut
hydrangea in half and glue one piece below the second rose
.6. Cut an 8" X 36" strip of dotted netting and make a twelve inch
wide, 2 loop (loopy) bow with the 10" tails. Hot glue under hydrangea
flowers with loops at an angle facing the crown.

7. Cut four 36" X 8" wide strips of plain netting. Wire the tops of
the strips together and hot glue to hat (going towards the back) next to the
dotted bow.
8. Make the sheer ribbon into an eight inch wide 2 loop (loopy) bow with
19" tails and glue on top of the plain netting streamers.
