These are one time use lights.

The Floralyte is a miniature, disposable, self-powered lighting unit which will illuminate any thing you want including floral arrangements, design props, table settings, ice sculptures and costuming. Perfect for use in floral arrangements (not waterproof), party decorating, bridal bouquets, cake tops, doll houses, miniatures, wreaths, costumes, and more.

Comes with an elastic string attached that can be removed. For unique and safe lighting ideas try using floralytes for great lighting effects. The wireless LED disposable light that stays illuminated for 48 hours. Ideal for flower bouquets and displays. Wireless lighting for floral, event and catering design.

When submersed in water, the Floralyte will last approximately 10 to 16 hours but the water will start to discolor after 6 hours. It is best to use submersible floralytes if you cannot change the water every 6 hours. Not for use in edible items.
