Waterproof, non woven material,made from plastic not paper, therefore the color does not run.
Use on tables, in a clear a vase, for a bouquet to hide stems.
Use 1mm gauge aluminum wire and Filato paper to make flowers as seen above. Shape a petal with wire and cover the wire with paper. Secure on the bottom with more wire. Very easy to make.
