3 modes: fast blink, slow blink, steady on battery case measures 4.5" long x 1.25" wide x 1" deep w/ belt clip. requires 2-AA battery (not included) Battery pack has belt clip on it.
Button on battery pack will program lights to blink, stay on or off. In addition there are two wheel switches/controls for adjusting the intensity of the light and the speed of the blinking.
