Step by Step -How to make petal cones with the 12" cardboard cones.

Instructions

Step 1:

I used the rotary tool and put the drill bit on it .

Step 2:

Then I made a hole on each side of the cone.

Step 3:

Pulled the ribbon from inside out and put a knot on the end. I used silk ribbon. Then did it on the other side.

Step 4:

Easy as that.
