If you are using this bouquet holder for tower vase centerpieces:
This is the bouquet holder you need to fit in ( Eiffel tower vases)the stem is thin enough to fit into them. It can actually be cut down if you want it shorter. In some cases you may want to cover it (the stem) in floral tape to have it fit tighter (if needed).

Here are two other items you can use to hold floral foam on the top of tower vases:
7" round floral foam holder and the 6.5" floral foam holder. If you use either of these you will have to attach the floral foam to them with tape.
