How to make an All Aquiver Caterpillar with paper punches







Supplies
  • FISKARS® Circle Cutter
  • Primary Color Cardstock - Green, Yellow and Orange
  • White cardstock &   Black Cardstock
  • Scissors
  • FISKARS® Circle Paper Punch 1/8"  and 1/16"
  • 2 ea. black chenille stems (more if you use stems for feet instead of pattern)
  • Glue
  • String
  • Small 12" wooden dowel


Instructions

  1. With Circle Cutter cut six 4" circles out of orange paper, six 3" circles out of green and yellow paper, and one 1-1/2" circle out of black paper. 
  2. Trace foot pattern 12 times on a piece of ; black cardstock paper . Cut out. Glue two feet onto each green circle. Glue green circles onto orange circles. Glue yellow circles onto the other side of orange circles.
  3. Use Circle Paper Punch to punch out two white circles for eyes. Use hand-held hole punch to make pupils in the black cardstock . Glue onto one body piece. 
  4. Use 1/4" circle punch and black cardstock to make nose. Glue small black circle (nose) onto same body piece below the eyes.
  5. Wrap chenille stems around finger or pencil to curl. Glue onto face for antennas.
  6. Punch a hole (with the 1/16" circle punch) at the top of each body piece. Run 12" of string through each hole and knot the ends. Hang onto dowel rod.
